Administrative Assistant - Sunnyvale

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
 
Job Scope/Duties:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Executive Administrator, Administration Management and other staff as needed. Support activities include correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations and reports, meeting and event planning.  Arranges business travel including coordination of schedules, and arrangement of flights, accommodations and ground transportation.   Functions as the primary Notary Administrator for the organization. 

Requirements

Experience/Minimum Education Requirements:
Requires a minimum of three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a financial institution.  College education and previous experience with business travel and sensitive handling of confidential information desired.   Microsoft Office proficiency a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat experience a plus.
 
Expectations:
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Detail oriented and able to work independently. 
 
MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT.
