Consumer Loan Processor I/II - Sunnyvale

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Scope/Duties:
Responsible for processing and preparing the necessary documents for originating and booking all types of consumer loans received from all channels, including indirect (CUDL).  Advises members of policies, rates and loan terms.  Inputs consumer loan applications in Loan Origination System, pulls credit reports, reviews and analyzes applications and supporting documents.  Follows up with applicants/dealers on missing/delayed documents necessary to complete the booking process. Utilizes various loan document signing options including mail, fax, and digital E-signature.   Maintains accurate pipeline management to ensure timely funding of applications.  Obtains proof of insurance and registration, as required.  Responsible for all DMV support functions. Ensures that members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served.  Provides general Credit Union information and cross-sells products and services.


Experience/Minimum Education Requirements:
Four years of financial experience, specifically in the area of consumer lending. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or the equivalent level of education and experience.           
Special Requirements:
Must have a good working knowledge of personal computers, Word and Excel and must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of DMV processing and forms is preferred.
