Job Title:  Web Services Specialist  

Hours:  Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and scheduled off Sunday and Monday.

Job Scope/Duties

Supports current, new, and future web related products and services relating to application support and associated department responsibilities. Assumes Call Center, Branch, and other help-desk escalations via phone, web forms, and email interactions. Serves as a Specialist of the Web Services administrative consoles in terms of staff setup, removal, tracking, training and usage. Provides highly technical help-desk support to members and staff to include all digital banking products, services and other third party affiliations. Supports Tyfone applications (Digital Banking), Zelle, Bill Pay/Mgmt, Secure Messaging, Zendesk retrieval/delivery/administrative duties, web e-mail SMIME administration, e-Statement uploads/approvals, eNotice enrollments, and work as it relates to future offerings.


 Experience/Minimum Education Requirements

Requires three to five years of current and progressive financial services experience preferably in a credit union. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or the equivalent level of education and experience. Experience with support and usage of Digital Banking products and services preferred.



Requires a strong working knowledge of personal computers and mobile devices including browsers, peripherals and operating systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, standard web browser and mobile device/tablet configurations required. Ability to work with minimal supervision within a high volume, fast paced and highly technical/detail oriented environment. Must have strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be resourceful with the ability to work and think independently and as a member of a team. Requires excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and technical skills.


Provides digital banking support to members with minimal supervision, e.g. support tickets, vendor cases, phone/email interactions, call/branch escalations, system bug detection and corrective action. May provide back up support within the various disciplines in Web Services as needed.
